Two patients with malignant colo-jejunal fistula, an event of relatively rare occurrence, are described. Both presented with diarrhea, weight loss and anemia. In 1 patient a mass was palpable in the abdomen. Barium enema was successful in demonstrating the fistula. A 1-stage en-bloc resection was performed in both patients. Of particular note is the fact that 1 of these patients has been under follow-up for 9 yr with no evidence of recurrence.
