The etiology, diagnosis and treatment of 8 cases of iterative ulcer perforations, treated out of 453 perforated ulcers (1.7%), are presented. Primary radical therapy in the perforated ulcer decreases the incidence of iterative perforations and the active follow-up of the patients treated by conservative methods are important therapeutic measures to take.
