Growth and doubling time of the L1210 ascites tumor in DBA/2 mice after electrothermocoagulation of the tuberoinfundibular region of the hypothalamus

Cellularity of L1210 ascites tumor was significantly increased in mice that underwent radiofrequency destruction of the tuberroinfundibular region of the hypothalamus. Doubling time of the tumor was markedly reduced in comparison with that of the sham-operated mice.
