The case histories of a 69- and a 75-yr old patient were presented. Clinical, laboratory and ECG data were given. Clinical diagnosis and data on autopsy were presented. The 75-yr old patient was treated with cardiac glycosides, analgecics, antibiotics, hemostatic agents and erythrocytic mass.
