The intravesical instillation of adriamycin (ADM), mitomycin C (MMC), cis-platinum (DDP) and ifosfamide (HOL) induced epithelial bladder tumors in female Wistar rats. The concentrations of the cytostatic agents were 2 mg/ml for ADM, MMC and DDP and 100 mg/ml for HOL. The end of the experiment was 30 days after the last instillation. No tumors were found in the control group.
