Antitumor activity of the lymphoid spleen cells of hepatectomized C3HA strain mice

By the in vitro cytotoxicity it was shown that the lymphocytes of hepatectomized C3HA mice realize a strong antitumor action towards syngeneic hepatoma cells (MHXXIIa). The maximum cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes was found on the 9th day after the operation.
