Readings of intradermal skin tests should not be limited to the simple observation of 20 min urticarial and 48 tuberculin responses. Delayed responses which replicate the patient's disease are particularly helpful. With the appropriate antigen, these may be seen in patients with eczematous trichophytids, bullous bacterids as well as in psoriasis, sarcoidosis and erythema multiforme.
