Schistosoma mansoni, 63% of circulating schistosomal antigen cleared from serum of hyperinfected mice within 72 hours after treatment with praziquantel as detected by solid-phase indirect sandwich enzyme immunoassay, result suggests that circulating antigen may be diagnostically useful marker for active schistosomiasis
