The effect of centrophenoxine (Cpx) on the reproductive capacity of male CBA T6T6 mice was studied by evaluation of their sperm motility, as assessed by the percentage of motile spermatozoa present in the vas deferens and the velocity of their movement. Cpx increased both the percentage of motile spermatozoa and the spermatozoal velocity.
