Microspectrophotometric analysis of DNA content in mononuclear and binuclear hepatocytes of dogs with experimental long-term crush syndrome of soft tissues of medium severity revealed a definite rhythm marked by a 2-topped curve. The latter had a maxima by the 3rd and 72nd h of the decompression period, thus reflecting the law of biological functional-structural temporary discretion.
