A double-blind study was carried out in 40 pateints suffering from muscular and joint pathology of the inflammatory type accompanied by contracture. Patients were treated with an ointment containing pridinol, benzydamine, dibucaine and hyaluronidase and for comparison with the same ointment without the pridinol mesilate component. The results show the complete combination to be more effective than the combination without the decontracting agent.
