Vitamins in prevent neural tube defects

The Medical Research Council of Great Britain is urged to continue its plan for a controversial clinical trial of vitamin supplementation to prevent neural tube defects. A large-scale randomized trial is held to be needed to resolve lingering doubts about the safety and efficacy of supplementation.
