Radiographic evaluation is paramount in the patient undergoing peroral endoscopy. The Upper GI series must be adopted to each patient's needs. With proper clinical information, radiographic evaluation can be improved. Carefully tailored fluoroscopic examination favors a high diagnostic accuracy.
