Hemangioblastomas involving the spinal cord are uncommon but by no means unknown. It is well established that hemangioblastomas of the CNS are commonly associated with lesions in the retina and in various abdominal organs. The simultaneous occurrence of similar tumors in the lung is less common and not well recognized. The case of a man with a hemangioblastoma of the spinal cord with many small hemangioblastomas of the lung is reported here.
