The author describes in a large picture all concerning "Nephrotoxic Drugs", in referring to biochemical and pharmacological data. Then he reviews many nephrotoxic drugs with bis great experience as clinician. In spite of recommended precautions, a number of accidents remain due to the illogical use of nephrotoxic drugs. The risk which is involved in their use should not be accepted unless the expecting advantages of the treatment do really "over run" the events of complications.
