The tubercular involvement of spleen is commonly seen in milliary tuberculosis and in association with liver involvement. Isolated primary tubercular involvement of spleen is rare. We report a case of pyrexia of unknown origin, in which intrasplenic tubercular masses was the only manifestation of disease.
