The immunoelectrophoretic profiles of nuclear non-histone proteins of some types of human skin tumors are presented. The nuclear non-histone proteins of different types of tumors are quantitatively different from one another. The immunoelectrophoretic profiles of the samples show that an antigenic affinity between the skin tumors concerns most of the nuclear proteins of each sample.
