Two groups of patients with clinical athero-arteriosclerotic alterations of the central and peripheral circulation took part in a double-blind controlled clinical trial of suloctidil and vincamine. Statistically significant improvements were obtained with both drugs, but the results obtained with suloctidil were better in that the drugs acts on some blood lipid parameters and platelet function.
