Protein and peptide fribrinolysis inhibitor in human amniotic fluid

The presented work is a continuation of investigations upon fibrinolysis inhibitors in the amniotic fluid. A part of antiurokinase activity of the amniotic liquor depended on the liquor's protein fraction; some of it was filtrable. The filtrable fraction yielded peptides with high antiurokinase and antithrombin activities. These may be similar to, or identical with, previously described peptides with the same properties, but isolated from human placenta and blood-serum.
