1. Biological graft can be used effectively in the laparoscopic preperitoneal indirect inguinal hernia repair. 2. The implantation of the biological graft is associated with minimal post -operative pain. 3. The long-term outcome studies of the biological graft implantation in groin hernia repair need to be performed before wide use of this material can be advocated. 4. The cost of the biological graft needs to decrease in order to be a competitive material to allogenic grafts.
