An extraordinarily rare case of enterogenous cyst of the vertebral channel was presented. These cysts may be of choreoid or ependymal origin, or they are heterotopis gastrointestinal tissues, i.e., tissues of endodermal origin. In this patient the appearance of epithelium corresponds to that of enterogen.
