Diagnosis of myocardial infarct in the Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome

A case history was presented of a man with Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome. Even in the presence of WPW syndrome, careful analysis of ECG with special attention to slight changes in the terminal part of the ventricular complex made it possible to avaoid ECG diagnosis of myocardial infarction.
