Synchronization and increased interval variance are known to occur in animal neuromuscular unit discharge as muscle fatigue proceeds. The cause for these phenomena was not fully understood. In this light, a structural model was developed in which the interneurons are arranged in series for the group II afferent fiber and in parallel for motoneurons. The structural model was converted into an electrical model for setting up the timing of signals; the firing periods of motoneurons were obtained from the coincidence graphs. The correlation between average of firing interval of motoneuron and its SD, and that between number of synchronization and afferent signal stimulated the actual muscle fatigue phenomena.
