Steroid myopathies caused by administration of dexasone were studied in rabbits. Electroneuromyographic studies were conducted before administration of the preparation and on the 4, 7 and 14th days of the experiment. Gradual lowering of the speed of afferent impulse conduction through median and tibial nerves with simultaneous decrease of the M-answer's amplitude were noted.
