Is it our full consciousness during the day that conditions our next sleep or, on the contrary, is it what happens during our sleep. Including dreams, that conditions our following day? Something similar could be presumed about sexuality, prepared maybe during the unconsciousness of sleep rather than in a state of wakefulness, In this case the sexual and emotional situation of a couple could be quite different during the day and at the moment they are preparing themselves to sleep and lose consciousness.
