After briefly summarizing the chacteristics of all infections caused by rickettsies and pararickettsies, which are the same depending on the same properties of these pathogen agents, the Author describes the microagglutination technique which is the elective method of serodiagnosis, briefly referring the genesis. The Author reports in conclusion the considerations deriving from the results, stressing the importance of reactivation in all cases resulting negative.
