Total nose reconstruction: a single stage method

Numerous methods are used to repair nasal defect, but they usually need several operative stages. A single stage method for total nose reconstruction is presented. Patients (9) with total loss of nose were treated by this method. Results as good as those obtained by the conventional procedures were obtained. The operative technique and its advantages are discussed.
