A simplified method is described to study the quantitative uptake of radiocholesterol by adrenals in man. Results are reported obtained in 12 normals, 3 affected by Cushing's syndrome, 2 affected by adrenal adenoma and 2 affected by Conn's disease. A good discrimination was found among the several groups without overlapping.
