Staining methods of methylene blue and gallocyanin were compared to determine nucleic acid and RNA concentrations in tumor and normal mouse thymocytes cells. The influence of formalin and acetylation on the stability of nucleoprotein complexes under conditions of acid hydrolysis was studied.
