White Wistar rats (12) aged 3 mo. and weighing 180-220 g were studied. The semen was obtained by means of electroejaculation. Morphological examination of semen and its EM evaluation were performed in all animals. The ultrastructure of the male reproductive cell was described with compliance to its division into head, neck and tail. The substructure of the axial fiber was separately analyzed.
