Evaluation of a coordinated undergraduate program in dietetics

Annual evaluations, over five years, of students' ratings of their educational preparation in dietetics at Kansas State University and of their supervisors' appraisals of their work are analyzed. Results of the study indicate that this coordinated program is producing competent entry level dietitians. On an overall basis, graduates were employed in a variety of appropriate settings, regarded their preparation favorably, and were highly rated by their supervisors. Tables show statistics.
