The surface receptors for the Fc region of IgG (Fc receptor) appeared at the stage of metamyelocytes in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients. Fc receptor was found in 88.6 .apprx. 100% of segmented cells from CML patients and 100% of segmented cells from control adults.
