Cytotoxicity of lymphocytes against allogeneic target cells of a bronchogenic squamous cell carcinoma as demonstrated by a microcytotoxicity test was augmented after tumor resection, radiotherapy or immunotherapy with BCG-CWS in lung cancer patients. This assay appears to be useful for estimation of lymphocyte reactivity.
