Effects of polymyxin on postvaccinal antibody formation during immunization of calves with an anti brucellosis vaccine (strain-19) were analyzed. Injections of polymyxin in doses of 10,000 and 20,000 units/kg simultaneously and 7 days after brucellosis immunization did not affect proudction of postvaccinal specific antibodies (agglutinins, complement fixing antibodies and incomplete antibodies).
