The method described involved a combination of thermography and radioisotopic examination associated, when necessary, with scialography. Such techniques are useful in obtaining morphologic and functional data for diagnostic and prognostic purposes in diffuse and localized pathologies. Radioisotopic examination is particularly useful in studies of Sjogren's and Mikulicz's syndromes in humans.
