Average indices of specific neutrophil damage (SND) and specific leukocyte agglutination (SLA) in blood of rabbits infected with Trichinella spiralis (1000 trichina/kg body weight) in relation to duration of infection were analyzed and compared. Variation dynamics of the indices (SND and SLA) were identical. Possible clinical use of the methods for determining objective characteristics of cellular reaction intensities during infection and in auxiliary tests for immunological analyses are mentioned.
