The available information about the temporal patterns of labelling and mitotic indices in the same system has been used to develop a general approach to the mathematical simulation of labelled mitoses curve. Such states of cell proliferation kinetics as induced DNA synthesis, steady (in narrow sense) state and diurnal rhythm of proliferative processes are investigated in a greater detail. The principle of a mathematical description of an additional DNA synthesis stimulation coming from the states under consideration is also discussed in this work.
