The immunological activity under a therapy with griseofulvin and pyrogenic agents in microsporum infections

A total of 98 patients (3-15 yr old) with microsporosis caused by Microsporum canis were treated simultaneously with pyrogenic preparations and locally applied griseofulvin. Mycologically negative results were obtained after 14 days and treatment was concluded after 36, compared with 31 and 43 days, respectively, in a control group.
