A short-term, about 2 h, combined action of hypoxia, hypercapnia and cooling resulted in abrupt changes of the reproductive and endocrine functions of the testicles in Wistar rats. Indications of repair appeared in rats examined 14 days later. Spermatogenesis normalized 41 days later.
