A review of the literature and a short survey of the 26 reported cases of ruptured tuberculous aortic aneurysms are presented. A case of ruptured tuberculous aortic aneurysm is presented. This is the 27th case of this type and the 4th case of this type to be associated with Pott's disease of the spine.
