Report of development of the RIC plastic tenodysis splint

In attempts to meet the three basic criteria for an ideal tenodysis splint, use of polyester resin has been explored. It is felt the RIC splint meets. the basic criteria more than does a metal splint. While clinical application to date has been limited, results have been sufficiently gratifying to merit more widespread consideration in hand disability problems.
