The data on the distribution of «ABO» blood groups in 73 patients with tumours of the salivary glands in Cagliari Hospital from 1957 to 1964 is referred. These data are compared with the distribution of «ABO» blood groups in 3516 healthy persons and statistically valued by means of the Paerson test A distinct prevalence of «A» group was found in persons with tumours of the salivary gland.
