Efforts aimed at improvement of radiotherapeutic results may be summarized as follows : 1. Increase of doses by technical and physical means: - rotatory or pendular irradiation, - convergence therapy, - grill therapy. 2. Increase of doses by biological means, fractionation exceeding the classical periods of 2 to 4 weeks (Coutard). 3. Utilization of high voltage beams, over one million volts. Preliminary results are quoted. 4. Radiosensitizing. Personal research with caesium eosinate as a local sensitizing agent in rocntgentherapeutic management of epitheliomas, naevo-carcinomas and mesenchymal tumours is related.
