Data are presented on the incidence of CDH reactions to commonly used microbial antigens in a healthy pediatric population. In addition to currently recommended antigens, a group of healthy children was tested with diphtheria-tetanus toxoids 1/100; there was an exceptionally good correlation between positive skin reactions and a history of previous immunization with diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus in infants and children.
