Bericht über eine 50jährige Frau, bei der nach einer 13 Jahre bestehenden Ulkuskrankheit die Magenresektion durchgeführt wurde. Histologisch fand sich neben dem Ulkus eine Miliartuberkulose des Magens. Auf die verschiedenen Formen der Magentuberkulose wird näher eingegangen.
