All evidence points to the fact that the Maoists are the world's most experienced smugglers who have never submitted to reason or morality. For both economic and political purposes, they grow, produce and sell narcotics in large quantities. And, by the strategy of drug penetration, they intend to launch a large-scale chemical war which is bound to corrupt and destroy the social foundations of the free nations.
