Results of tests using male volunteers showed that 2,4,5-T has a low toxicity to man. A maximum concn. in blood plasma was reached between 7 and 24 h after oral administration at 5 mg/kg; 32 h later, plasma concns. began to decline as the unaltered compound was excreted via the kidneys. 2,4,5-T does not appear to accumulate in the system.
