Meckel's diverticulum is a true diverticulum arising from the anti-mesenteric border of the ileum composed by all intestinal layers. We discuss a case of a 14-year-old male patient who presented to the ER department complaining of left testicular pain. A perforated Meckel's diverticulum was identified managed successfully with diverticulectomy.
