The author reports the treatment of 4 cases of sprue with conjugated folic acid. Two were treated in-tramusc. and 2 orally: 3 showed definite clinical and hemato-logic improvement. The 2 cases treated intramusc. also showed an increase of elimination of folic acid in the urine. The author does not believe that folic acid is the intrinsic antipernicious anemia factor.
