Clinical report of one case of ANCA associated vasculitis with laryngeal manifestation as the first manifestation

本文报道了1例青岛大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的以喉部表现首发的ANCA相关小血管炎患者，给予给予环磷酰胺、甲泼尼龙等治疗。患者治疗1 d后呼吸困难改善，4 d后声音嘶哑明显改善，治疗1周后声音嘶哑及呼吸困难症状消失。出院后3个月随访时治疗前症状均消失，声门下未见明显狭窄，声带白斑样改变消失。出院后随访1年无复发。.
